Archorde — architecture and design-build in Camarines Sur
How we do it
One team from the first line on paper to the last roof sheet.
- 01
Consult & site plan
We visit the lot, listen to how you live, and agree on a budget before anything is drawn.
- 02
Design
Plans, elevations and 3D views, revised with you until the house fits.
- 03
Permits & structure
Structural drawings and the documents needed for the building permit.
- 04
Build
The same team that drew it builds it, and hands over the keys.
Draft steps and wording. TJ to confirm what Archorde does at each stage.
Illustrative model, not an Archorde project.
